Who we are
Mayo 4 Sam is an independent service that prints commemorative keepsakes from ticket details people send in. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at us.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the GAA, Croke Park, or any county board. What we sell is a commemorative memento — it is not valid for admission to any event.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, email address and postal address — to make your order, post it, and contact you about it. We need this to fulfil the contract you enter into when you order.
- The ticket details you type in (stand, section, row, seat, category, entry gate, face price) — these are what get printed on the keepsake.
- Payment records — the amount, date and reference. We are required to keep these for tax purposes. We never see or store your card details.
We do not use any of this for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
Who else processes it
- Vercel hosts the site and receives your order when you submit it.
- Supabase stores your order in a private database only we can read.
- Stripe takes the payment. Your card details go straight to Stripe.
- Meta — only if you agree to it. If you do, its analytics tell us which advert brought you here. It sets cookies and records that you visited. It is not told what you ordered, your address, or your name. You can decline, and nothing about the shop changes.
Some of these companies are based outside the EU, or use infrastructure that is. Where data leaves the EEA it is covered by the standard contractual clauses those companies publish.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years, which is what Irish tax rules require. We do not ask for, or hold, a copy of your original ticket.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies
The shop itself sets no cookies and works fine without any. The only cookies that can be set here are Meta's analytics ones, and only after you have said yes. Your choice is remembered in your own browser; clearing your browser data will ask you again.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Changes
We may update this page. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
